• Space City ICE — an industrial hydration and bagged ice supplier

Trey Hughes is a Managing Member at Space City Terminals, where he leads strategic growth through disciplined execution and acquisition-driven expansion. With extensive experience in environmental services and industrial operations, Trey has founded and scaled multiple businesses, including one of the Gulf Coast's largest industrial metal recycling companies serving the petrochemical sector.

He brings a strong track record of building complex industrial operations and driving long-term enterprise value through operational discipline, strategic investment, and scalable infrastructure platforms.

Aaron Thomas

Real Estate Development

Aaron Thomas leads Real Estate Development for Space City Companies, bringing extensive experience in industrial and commercial property strategy. He has overseen multiple development and acquisition projects under the Space City Properties platform, supporting the company's expansion across the Gulf Coast.

Aaron's expertise in site selection, project execution, and long-term asset planning plays a key role in strengthening Space City's real estate portfolio and supporting the continued growth of its industrial infrastructure platform.
